What They Make
Hot Smoked Kahawai (fillets, suitable for salads, platters, pâté), Smoked Trevally Fillets (catering sizes), General Smoked Fish (pre-filleted and pin-boned). All products are hot smoked using natural Manuka woodchips, gluten-free, sugar-free, and contain no artificial additives. They are also filleted and pin-boned for convenience.
