What They Make
Premium beef from various breeds, including pure Wagyu, Wagyu-Angus crosses (Wangus), Wagyu-Hereford crosses (Wagford), Hereford, and Angus cattle. Primary online offerings include: BIG VALUE BEEF BOX 90kg and BIGGER IS BEAUTIFUL BOX 180kg, both allowing customers to specify their preferred cuts. In partnership with The South Sea Catering Company, they also offer 'Made of Marlborough' frozen meals, which have included beef sausages with sage and onion gravy, beef and pinot noir, beef rendang, and meatballs in marinara sauce.
