What They Make
Cakes: "Dande & Chamomile" (roast dandelion root & chamomile with vanilla bean Swiss Vuttercream), "Jammit Chocolate" (bittersweet chocolate with Whittaker's 72% Dark Ghana chocolate), "Kawa Kawa & Ginger" (sweet bush peppery and punchy cake with honey Swiss Vuttercream), "Lemon Syrup" (made with whole lemons and olive oil), "Honey-Dew Spelt Cake" (featuring Canterbury-grown spelt flour and honey-dew honey). Many cakes available gluten-free and naturally dairy-free. Mini Cakes: Cupcake-sized versions of core cakes, sold in batches of six of the same flavor. Fruit Pies: Handmade with tender shortcrust pastry and fruit-laden fillings. Seasonal flavors include "Classic Apple or Spicy Apple," "Rhubarb, Rose & Apple," "Rhubarb, Apple & Strawberry," and "Pumpkin Pie topped with Honey Toasted Seeds."
