Milk

  • Fresh Goat Milk (available mid-Sep to early Apr, chilled immediately, light nutty taste, can be heat-treated, limited availability by arrangement at $4.50/liter, max 5 liters/household)
  • Fresh Sheep Milk (available late Sep to early Jan, rich and high-yielding, currently low volumes)
