Salumeria Fontana was established in 2000 by Greg Scopas. In 2006, Greg and his wife purchased factories in Hoteo North, which include an olive grove and an olive press. Their journey is driven by a philosophy of representing true quality, using only the best ingredients, and producing pure food.…

What They Make

Historically, handmade pork sausages (Mantova, spicy fennel, sweet fennel, chorizo, Toulouse). Currently, a range of artisan extra virgin olive oils including 2023 Premium Single Estate Olive Oil, 2023 Matakana Blend, 2023 Chilli Oil, 2023 Garlic Oil, 2023 Lime Oil, and 2022 J5 unfiltered olive oil. They also offer a 'Two Pack' bundle of their oils.
