What They Make

Stroopwafels (signature product, classic Dutch biscuits filled with gooey spiced caramel, made fresh to order or in packs of five, incorporating secret spices), Poffertjes (puffy, bite-sized Dutch pancakes made using 'Tante Greet's' recipe, served with butter and powdered sugar, with topping options including homemade apple stroop, famous salted caramel sauce, and fresh lemon curd), and seasonal Oliebollen (traditional Dutch doughnuts made with fresh yeast dough, filled with cinnamon-spiced apple and raisins, served piping hot with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar, available during colder months and specifically on the first Sunday of every month over Autumn & Winter at the Harbourside Market. Occasionally offered with custard cream and sticky caramel dippers).
