What They Make
Artisan sourdoughs (including country white sourdough, Sourdough Traditional White, Kumara Sourdough, Sourdough Pizza Base), Baguettes, an extensive range of pastries (including Hot Cross Buns, Portuguese tarts, custard doughnuts, pistachio croissants, Bakewell tarts, Eccles cakes, brioche doughnuts, plum and frangipane tarts, Filled Doughnuts, Pain Du chocolate, ham cheese croissant, almond croissant, cheese and onion twist), cakes, cookies, savory items (including sausage rolls, sausages, quiches), seed crackers, custom cakes, tantalizing desserts, and a cafe menu at Workshop Bread Co. featuring items like mushroom shakshuka with toasted sourdough and bacon and egg hot rolls served on house-made ciabatta with spicy tomato jam. They also offer supremely good coffee.
